Prices & Delivery Charges
We normally deliver to areas covered by Royal Mail. If you live outside this area please email us and we will be pleased to give you a quote. Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail - Next Day. Orders will normally be despatched in full. No additional charge will be made if, at our discretion, the order needs to be sent in more than one consignment.
Returns Policy
IMPORTANT - Before returning any item please email us so that we can issue you with a returns number to be quoted with the returned goods. Failure to do either of these may result in your refund or credit being delayed.
All items for exchange credit or refund should be returned to reach us within 7 days of their receipt by the customer. We will refund the cost of any item found to be faulty on their return to us. Please ensure that all packaging is returned with the item.
Postage will not be refunded.
Please ensure that all return packages have the correct postage paid on them. We DO NOT accept any deliveries that need surcharges paid.
We aim to process all refunds within 48 hours of receipt of the returned items, but please allow up to 5 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
All returns are made at the senders risk, so for your own security we advise you to send them recorded or special delivery.
