Making a Purchase
All published prices include V.A.T.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop and click on any items that you wish to buy then click on 'add to cart' to put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'checkout'. If you have not logged in you will be asked to register so that we can gather the necessary details for delivery and payment.
We accept credit & debit card payments via Paypal (you do not need to register with Paypal to use this facility!). Card payments will be processed via a secure link to Paypal.
We also accept payments by cheques & postal order but goods will not be despatched until your cheque clears at the bank.
Despatch
Where possible orders are processed & sent out as soon as payment is confirmed, but please allow up to 10 days for receipt because of possible fluctuations in delivery service by carriers, & our own stock replenishment.
We will always email you to confirm despatch within 24 hours of goods being sent. If goods are not in stock we will give you an expected date of delivery and you will be given the opportunity to leave the item on back order, cancel the order in part or in full, or accept an alternative item.
All items are sent by next day carrier. Please report non-delivery within 7 days of being notified of despatch.
